Downloadable Children's Conservation Signs
After learning about snowy plovers and their habitat, these signs were created by children who used their artistic talents to encourage the public to "Share the Shore" and do their part to help protect plovers. Kids' signs were produced in English and Spanish and are very effective when used with symbolic fencing.

For Outreach and Volunteer Coordinators: more information is available within our "Recovery Tools" resources about the "Share the Shore" sign project done in collaboration with Morro Coast Audubon Society. Packets continue to be shared with other Audubon chapters, and the idea has been implemented at many beaches. "Share the Shore" was presented at the Western Snowy Plover Range Wide meeting (2007) to inform other landowners about the project.
